Mods to help alleveiate late game Elerium Core shortage by adding new projects to the Proving Grounds, one allows crafting of Elerium Cores and one allows upgrading of Spider and EXO suits to Wraith and WAR suits respectively.
Requirements
This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.

Added localization support for all languages supported by the native XCom2 client.
Tweaked the function that adds techs to the game so that they are only added if they do not allways exist, this should stop projects from turning up multiple times in rare circumstances.
Suit Upgrading : Hiding upgrade projects when one does not posses a suit of the correct size is now toggelable in the .ini file.
Version 1.3
Both : Slight change to the way ressource costs are handled, in effect if the cost of an item is set to 0, it should no longer display.

Suit Upgrading : Upgrade X is now hidden unless you posses a non equipped X, this should reduce clutter after you upgrade all your suits.
Suit Upgrading : Upgrading a Suit into the next tier now unlocks required techs as if you built the suit from scratch, f.ex, upgrading an EXO to a WAR suit now unlocks Heavy Powered Weapons.
Elerium Core Crafting : The costs for Alloys and Elerium were read wrong from the INI, switched them around, the consensus was that crafting cores was somewhat too expensive so i decided to keep them at their now cheaper price for the time being.

Fixed a serious issue that caused existing games that dident have the required research to never unlock the new options
This is sadly non retroactive, so if you installed the mod on a game in progress before version 1.1 that did not have all the required techs developed then it will never unlock for that game.
A collection of mods to try and alleviate the mid to late game Elerium Core shortage, it allows crafting of Elerium Cores in the Proving Grounds once Elerium has been researched, as well as allowing upgrading of Spider Suits and EXO suits to their Powered Armor equivilant once the required Tech has been researched.
**Make sure that you posses at least 1 Spider or Exo suit in your inventory (Not equipped on a soldier) in order to see the apropriate upgrade option.**
The costs for creating cores and upgrading the suits can be adjusted in their respective Ini files, XComEleriumCoreCrafting.Ini for Cores and XComSuitUpgrading.ini for suits in their own mod folders.
These mods should work with existing games and uses only new classes, so should be compatible with other mods.
