Changes the requirement for a soldier to have leveled up in order to change their attitude by giving rookies the veteran status.
- Permissions and credits
Now you can change anyone's attitude right after the first mission. Not perfect, but allows you to correct the attitudes automatically assigned to your custom characters. Also unlocks all veteran custom options for everyone right from the start.
Download file and unzip to C:\Users\Rory\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config.
