Adds a new class to the game using a ballistic shield and a pistol based around either disorienting aliens and moving in for the kill, or holding the line and providing mobile cover for your squadmates.

Everyone's (least) favorite operator from Rainbow Six Siege finally makes in into XCOM 2!

Making use of the ballistic shield and a pistol, the Blitz engages ADVENT operators at close range. The Blitz can be specced into three branches: the Blitz (disorients enemy operators and runs in to finish the job,) the Montagne (holds the line against all odds and provides mobile cover for the squad,) and the Clash (provides a mix of offensive and defensive power, a middle ground between the two other specializations.)

If you only want to use this class, and not in addition to the Long War 2 classes, follow these instructions:
1. Go to steam/steamapps/workshop/content/268500/1335226018/config/XComClassData
2. Add apostrophes at the beginning of each class that you do not want in-game. It should look something like ";+SoldierClasses="LWOTC_Technical" ;Technical" without the quotation marks.
3. That's all you need to do!

Features a custom class icon. Special thanks to Musashi for their Ballistic Shields and Primary Secondaries mod, NewBie for some of his code that I borrowed from his Shieldbearer class mod, and Favid for their Long War 2 Classes and Perks and Extended Perk Pack mods. All authors allow for free use of their assets. Requires WOTC.

Perk list
Squaddie:
Flashbanger (Grants one free flashbang grenade item to your inventory.) [Blitz]
Quickdraw (Firing your pistol with your first action no longer ends your turn.) [Clash]
Damage Control (After taking damage, gain bonus armor through the end of the turn.) [Montagne]

Corporal:
Blademaster (Deal +2 extra damage on all sword attacks.) [Blitz]
Return Fire (When targeted by enemy fire, automatically fire back with your pistol once per turn.) [Clash]
Bolstered Wall (While Shield Wall is active, gain a bonus to Dodge.) [Montagne]

Sergeant:
Lightning Reflexes (Reaction fire shots against you have a significantly decreased chance to hit. The bonus goes down with each additional reaction shot you face.) [Blitz]
Lightning Hands (Fire your pistol at a target. This attack does not cost an action.) [Clash]
Preservation (When your concealment is broken, gain bonus defense for a few turns.) [Montagne]


Lieutenant:
Disabling Shot (As close to Blitz's flash shield as I could get with freely available assets. Pistol shot that, if it hits, stuns the target. Cannot critically hit.) [Blitz]
Center Mass (You do increased base damage when using guns.) [Clash]
Iron Skin (Incoming melee damage is reduced.) [Montagne]

Captain:
Sprinter (Gain bonus mobility.) [Blitz]
Combat Fitness (Gain bonuses to aim, mobility, HP, will, and dodge.) [Clash]
Faultless Defense (While Shield Wall is active, you cannot be critically hit.) [Montagne]

Major:
Dedication (Free action. Gain bonus mobility and ignore reaction fire for the rest of the turn. [Blitz]
Open Fire (Gain bonus Aim and Crit against targets that are at full health.) [Clash]
Smoker (Grants one free smoke grenade item to your inventory.) [Montagne]

Colonel:
Cutthroat (Your melee attacks against biological enemies ignore their armor, have increased critical chance, and do additional critical damage.) [Blitz]
Gunslinger (Take a reaction shot with your pistol against any enemy that moves or attacks within a wide cone of fire. Cooldown-based. Note that this works similarly to Kill Zone, allowing multiple shots.) [Clash]
Formidable (Your gear includes an extra layer of protection, granting bonus ablative hit points and reduced damage from explosive attacks.) [Montagne]

Brigadier:
Hit And Run (Gain an additional action after taking a standard shot at a flanked or exposed target with your primary weapon.) [Blitz]
Lethal (You do increased base damage with your primary weapon.) [Clash]
Trence Warfare (If you get at least one kill during your turn, automatically Hunker Down at the end of it.) [Montagne]

Please note that I have no experience with balancing, and thus this class may be either overpowered or underpowered. From gameplay testing, the class seems to err on the side of overpowered. I figured this was OK since most people play with enemy-enhancing mods anyway. If you have any concerns or suggestions for balancing, please bring them up in the discussion tab.
