Fix ships that are taken near the start of Chapter 2 not being returned at the end of Chapter 2.

Simply commented out the line <destroy_object object="$TakenPlayerShipsCluster"/> in mdPlot_ep1_ch02.xml to avoid a race condition causing your ships to more often than not get destroyed before they managed to warp out of the pocket cluster the game hides them in.
Important Update: It appears base game version 1.20 doesn't actually fix this bug yet, updated original script for game version 1.20 and also added functionality to remove the cluster for real.( A new cue that activates shortly before these ships are told to warp, listens for them all finishing the warp, then destroys the cluster when they have all warped or if there were no ships needing to warp.)
To install simply extract the files into your "X:Rebirthextensions" folder.
