To install, follow the instructions for Ryu Mod Manager.
Even though this mod removes the ponytail, it may still appear in places where it's baked into the scene. Not much I can do about that I'm afraid.
I haven't tested every single cutscene, so there may still be transparency or clipping issues in some. Please report any problems to me! ?
