About this mod
A PS4 button replacement mod for the gamepad for XboxGames/Windows versions (and potentially other PC versions if the file structure is similar, idk I don't have those)

Hey, this is the first mod I've done in a while. I made this because the older one didn't work for me. I tried restructuring the archive for the mod every which way for the RMM/Shin Ryu Mod Manager/mods folder, but couldn't get it working so I had to manually replace the .par files. I'll try to make this as simple as possible. You can use PAR archiver I believe, but you're just replacing a couple of files...it's not that serious.
1. Locate Yakuza 4's folder (i.e...Your HD Name\XboxGames\Yakuza 4 (PC))
2. Go into the data folder(...XboxGames\Yakuza 4 (PC)\data)
3. This step may be skippable but it's your preference. Save a copy of the font_hd.par just in case you need to or want to reverse this without reinstalling. I included a backup in the .zip file to be safe, but your choice.
4. Replace the original font_hd.par in the data folder with the modded one provided.
5. Go to the fontpar folder located inside the data folder (...XboxGames\Yakuza 4 (PC)\data\fontpar)
6. Repeat step 4, the font_hd.par files in fontpar and data are the same from what I can see so saving this one is unnecssary.
7. Play the damn game and enjoy that extra split-second you have not second guessing button presses.
This should make every input switch to PS4 from menus to QTE. If you can figure out how to get it working in the mod manager then let me know and I can update this, but this might be simpler for an ancillary change. The controls may say touch pad is mapped to "return to title", but it should be mapped to the Share button. If you've been playing this with an Xbox controller mindset before this, then you won't feel a change.
Will most likely make for later versions or at least Y5, maybe Y3 if anybody wants it bad enough or if I return back to it.
