Player's movement speed are reduced significantly to lower the pace. New descriptions for each weapons and ammo types. Rebalanced weapon stats and prices (some prices are adjusted to real life weapons). It is recommended to consider all the weapons and items before you make a decision, some of them are excellent performer for the price, while some is just overpriced. The weapon stats, they are I think as close to real life as I could make it possible. Weapons and item names are changed along with their respective companies.
