CovenElf's Tattoo and Makeup Collection (v1.2) Hello everyone! Happy to upload new v1.2 update. A lot of minor things have been fixed and improved that will overall help the look of my mod, as well as new styles and themes I have explored with new additions. Keep in mind that this mod is still WIP. If you have suggestions, please leave them below.
- included new 6 tattoos and 4 makeup to join the collection - a lot of tattoos have been greatly improved - shade on upper lip now has nose sculptor and lip shade is more clean - changed makeup slots, specifically first few slots back to vanilla (expect Makeup 3) in order for most amount of NPCs to not use my makeup out of the blue - a lot of tattoos and makeup are now sharper, cleaner and they fit several faces better than they used to

• "I have done everything in instructions and the tattoos are not showing" We all been there, sometimes you overlook a certain detail. When I was new to BG3 mods I have misplaced folders all the time. Please double, triple, quadruple check my instructions and the file path • "I used Mod Manager and I don't see your mod in game!" This mod will always be loose files, therefore it should only be installed manually • "I don't see any new tattoos/makeup options added into the game!!" This mod does not add new slots to Makeup and Tattoos, Larian has set a limit on the amount of slots in the coding, so the best that we can do at this moment is replace existing vanilla textures • "I don't want other NPCs to have same Makeup/Tattoos as me." Me too! But both Tavs and NPCs pull from the same texture source, nothing I can do about it! :( • "Why are there no body tattoos?" That's just impossible to create at this moment. There are no body tattoos texture files in the game atm • "My lines are all warpy and wavey" Unfortunately that's unavoidable, every face is unique and has it's own curvature, polygon and surfaces. This mod looks best on Faces of Faerun and New Character Creation Presets WIP • "Why is there no .pak version of this mod?" This, and many other Makeup and Tattoo editing mods, will never be a .pak, they are required to be loose files and manual installation is the only way it should be installed, unless Larian releases support for additional Makeup and Tattoo slots. As mentioned in description, you can only have 1 Tattoo and 1 Makeup mods that edit texture files in the game. Having any other mod will simply override the other mods.

Ok, Idk how or why but this mod only work on some mods and not others (at least on my computer), and on the mods this one works with, it still doesn't work with all the heads. I've taken the time to go through all of my head mods, and list the heads that shows the makeup/tattoos.
I don't know if this information is useful but I hope that you can use it (and hopefully tell me what I've done wrong), and that this is appreciated. I've never met you but I just have to add that I love your mods, and your pictures, and I respect the effort that you've put into the mods. I'm also sorry for my bad English. I've also only tested this on Seldarine Drow Female, Body type 1.

Tasha's Cauldron of Faces: Doesn't work at all. Kylin's Heads: Doesn't work at all. Themia's Sister Preset: Doesn't work at all. HGY Heads: Doesn't work at all. Hearts' Heads: Doesn't work at all. Lokelani's Lovely Lassies: Doesn't work at all. Extra Heads: Works on both. Zip's Heads: None of them. New CC Head Presets: None of them. Lazy's Heads and Hair: Both of them work. Faces of Faerun: None of them work. Frosty Faces: Only Millie and Willow work. Xx's New Female Head Preset: None of them.
These are all the ones I have at the moment. I had no makeup mod before this because I had to reinstall everything, and I have all the settings on ultra.

It's not only for Unique Tav, this thread is just people asking how they could make the mod work with Unique Tav since it doesn't naturally work with the Unique Tav mod. Just follow CovenElf's directions in the description and it will replace some of the tattoo options in your game with the new ones in the mod.
I know the mod isn't only for UniqueTav - I meant if the fix is for UniqueTav only. I noticed that a lot of tattoos in this collection look wonky/stretched out on custom faces and I was wondering if this could fix it.
Do these tattoos only work with body types 1 and 2? I'm playing a cleric that uses body type 3 and the vanilla tattoos are showing up for her but I'm seeing these tattoos on various npcs. Not sure if it's simply not compatible with that body type or if there's a problem I should try to fix.
Hii! im having trouble installing this, i've followed the instructions to the letter but it doesnt show up in game or in the BG3MM. was wondering if anyone has any info, the only potential thing that could be clashing would be tav's hairpicks but even that doesnt seem likely. get back to me when u can ty :3
Do you plan on making a patch for modded races? I've found that the tattoos and make-up work great, but aren't active at all if I try to switch to say a Satyr. It's a shame I can't use your cool tattoos for fey race characters since I think a lot of them would work well. I also could just be dumb and not see an obvious fix to my issue, either way, thanks for the effort! God knows I couldn't make a mod lmao.

can anyone help me... i tried to downloah the mod x times but i only get a .rar data... no folder, nothing. its a blue icon and i dont know what to do with it

So I either A) Get the makeup but the limbs disappear OR B) I get the limbs, but the makeup goes to the default
I have Tripps above UniqueTav and it is 244 and 245 in my load order (near the middle of my mod load order)
