Hello, quick question. I was wondering if anyone could help me out a little, my problem is that I can't find one of the outfits in the spotlight image with the 5 outfits, namely the on on the very right, with the jacket, vest and jeans with a knee pad and backwards cap. Could anyone help me find the file for that, or do I have to mix the files somehow?

There is no way to change it in game or game menu but if you use the Debug Cheat Menu mod then you can use that to change to Deek's original outfits. (0 is this mod and I think 2 and 3 are the base game outfits.)
It's under DLC>Debug outfits. (it takes a few seconds to open)
These outfits won't have the backpack, only the manbag but if you put other outfit mods higher than the mod here (so a lower priority) then they will affect the base outfits (from the Debug Menu mod). For example I use Daryl's vest mod (from The Walking Dead) and it changes the base model to that.

I've been using the Puffy version but it doesn't have the knee pad or the cap.
