Question: To install, you instruct, "drag into DA:O main folder". Do you mean, just drag the extracted "Videos" folder (and all of its subfolder contents) into the
[user] > Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age
folder? Or, into the
This PC > OS (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Dragon Age Ultimate Edition
folder?
Or into one of the subfolders of one of those?
I'm playing DAO Ultimate Edition purchased on Steam, Windows 10.
Typically your mods all go into the same override folder in your documents. Try starting there.
Edit: After some poking around, it seems to be the main folder where your game.exe is located. I would personally back up the folders before replacing them.
Just drag the three folders (Addins, Modules, Packages) from inside the mod into your games main folder and click yes to replace existing. this is not an override.
I was wondering. Do I need all the required files for this mod to work or will ths mod just kick on when I come across one of the required files? Thanks GREAT JOB!!
So I downloaded your creation and put it in my game... then I made some digging and found out that there is one file wrongly named - it's in folder: \Addins\dao_prc_drk\core\data\movies - namely it's file: "drk400cs_riordan_die" it shoud be named "drk400cs_riordan_dies". So everyone who downloaded should go inside that folder, delete original file and rename the new one... easy fix
Seems like a great mod. I tested the main intro video, mage and city elf origins intros and they seems to be working fine. However the human noble origins intro didn't play at all and went straight into characters after a delay. I am using the GOG version of the game. I replaced the original files over the old ones. Can i fix this, should i reinstall or do you think i did something wrong?

So, would one drag / drop replace each of those "movies' folders within the main DA folder?
Or would one use the DAMM and install this whole "videos" folder as an override?
Thanks again.
edit: I fixed the file structure and deployed in Vortex as mod type "Dragon Age Addin" and it works perfectly.

But otherwise.. great job!
I would be curious what this looks like at 4K, but presumably the file size would spiral out of control at that point.
