    Hey Guys,

Robert is finally back into the modding world after having had some fairly serious medical issues come up.

He is going to review all of the bug reports on the assorted Rebuilt pages, and start addressing them.

    We will keep you posted!

I could not understand why Bethesda didn't give us at least one Player Home or settlement that was weather tight and secure. This is my fix for it.

Enjoy the mod and let me know what you think. Don't forget to endorse it if you think its worth a download so others will give it a try. Post any issues you may have here and I will get it fixed.

New Mod uploaded that combines ALL the Rebuilt series. It will get updated each time one gets done so that anyone who uses all of them can do it with only one esp added to their load order.

    Enjoy.

Excellent Mod - have been enjoying this (and 'rdunlap's Rebuilt Coastal Cottage). Am also using this with Kingsport Lighthouse Lit (Post-Quest Kingsport Lighthouse Settlement Light Revive) and found that this Rebuilt Kingsport Lighthouse must be lower in load order to display properly, in case anyone else runs into that. Otherwise they both work fine together - Cheers

Works great although the inside upstairs floor still gets wet when it rains.

    P.S.
I well as using Missing Windows Fix-23037-1-0 I also had to delete the textures\Architecture\Warehouse\Greenhouse to get glass back in the greenhouses.

The floors still get wet because somehow Bethesda didn't class the pre-war roof/ceiling parts we used as rain-blocking - you'll notice that most of pre-war structures get wet inside even in vanilla too.

Great mod but it has a slight incompatibility with Welcome To Goodneighbor in that it makes the large silverish windows of the Rexford Hotel completely see-through. Is there some sort of recommended fix for this? 10/10 otherwise, it's just a minor albeit noticeable annoyance.

Ya, we know about that - just delete the "ResWindow" files out of the data\textures\architecture\buildings directory - that should restore all of your old windows back to the way they were.

I can't believe this doesn't remove the blood stain on the house first floor.

Yoooooo I absolutely LOVE this mod! As it's so frustrating that there are no intact houses in any settlements (they ALL have giant holes in the roof or are mostly destroyed). I was so pleased that I could use this mod to fix up a nice 'base' for my main companions and I.

HOWEVER. I'm super disappointed that this mod has some weird bug that makes all the old/frosted glass straight up disappear! Not just in the modded buildings, but everywhere. The Greygarden greenhouse glass, glass in the workshop, as well as other buildings (most notably in Goodneighbor) are gone. I've see other users have the same issue... is there any fix for this? Patch? Mod? I would love to endorse this and see many more mods from this author in the future.
But I might have to uninstall for now :c

there is a mod out there, called Missing Goodneighbor Windows Fix, which works like a champ for the issue you're reporting.

Great thanks friendo! Does it fix other glass like the 'warehouse' glass in the workshop?

as far as i know it only fixes the textures in goodneighbor, as without it mod the goodneighbour buildings are quite transparent.

In terms of greygarden and any other location, it could be that you have a mod that doesn't play nice with the restored settlement mod(s), or, it could be a load order issue. I have the restored settlement mods lower in the order, after any building mods that I have installed.

Great mod. Small problem though. It makes all of my settlement windows disappear. Had to uninstall.

Excellent mod but nobody has raised this before so I figure to ask here:

I went to Kingsport but the workshop in the lighthouse is literally missing. Not locked, just absent. It should be beside a weapons workbench but there is just empty space instead. Ideas?

Best wishes to the mod author for a speedy and healthy recovery!

I use the Sunshine Co-op and Croup editions, and enjoy them both. Would love to see the updated version of this mod (whenever, I know that could be a while) remove the dead trader from the main floor. Ruins the whole house, IMO (I currently just have it covered up with wooden crates from Homemaker).
