Backports Antistar's edit of the Chinalake reload by Hitman to work with BCR more seamlessly

For those who don't use WARS but use the Chinalake and want the reload from WARS, this pretty much nabs the reload from WARS and puts it onto the Original Chinalake mod. I also resized the Holorife's Micro Fusion Cells, otherwise you'll have bad clipping when reloading it.
That's pretty much it. Not my work, All thanks go to Antistar and Hitman for the animation work!
