no timed decisions for kingdom come: deliverance v1.9.6

This mod will remove the time limit from all decisions.
Mod is for kcd v1.9.6.


I was kind of disappointed this mod didn't already exist and the forums said it wasn't possible to remove the timer. Despite having no knowledge about modding, it only took me a few hours to create this mod, so, well, here you go, a mod that should've been there from day 1 on.

note: the mod is not yet tested with dlc's, i'm basically not even out of the tutorial. Will update mod if necessary.
