I understand what's going on now, you guys are using what, that mod that installs the textures for you right? I think that texture pack importer flips them, assuming I'm working on them right side up or the right way I guess, I work on all of them upside down, I install all my own textures manually and didn't know about the flipping until I watched someone streaming just recently who used the TPI.
