yeah. weirdly i'm getting this too. which is weird, cause i've used it for AGES now every time i reinstall the game. and today, for the first time it just instantly kills the game. I've double checked all my other mods: it's definitely this one. is there an INI edit that might stop interface textures from loading...?
Is the game installed on your ssd or a hdd? Have you changed any of your hardware since you last played? I don't have time to troubleshoot this myself at the moment but it seems like it could just be some weird conflict. Just to be clear; you've tried booting the game up with only this mod active right?
As far as I know, in MO2 loose files should always win priority over BSAs by default. Are you sure you haven't done something on your end to change that? Have you tried moving this mod to a higher priority than NMC's?
To eliminate the lag/delay that occurs when entering a new cell (fast traveling, going through doors) the loading screen images have to be converted to a resolution of 2048x1024. The mod "Consistent Loading Screens for TTW" suffered from the same issue as this one, but one user got curious and found out that resizing the images to 2048x1024 completely eliminated any loading screen delays. You can use an image editor such as XnView to accomplish this.
I've resized loading screen images myself in the past, and can attest that a resolution of 2048x1024 does get rid of the lag. I don't think it's a hardware issue that causes the problem, but an engine issue with the game trying to load images that are too high resolution or of the wrong ratio.
This is so good. Glad this came to life again!. Just a little idea: how about add Fallout New Vegas conseptual art aswell, this will be amazing with TTW. Thanks for updating.

It seems to work sometimes? Not always though.
I'm asking here because there is no activity on that mod page and this mod is recommended here.
I didn't know it can do that though. Do you think I can uninstall the other mod?
EDIT: That seems to have worked, thank you.

(this is a hardware problem, I recently added a version of the mod with with 1/2 the resolution; try using that instead.)
