Q: How can I use RDR Online Weapons? A: To use RDR Online weapons you need to install a LML mod that adds those weapons to the SP Catalogue
Q: How can I use Online Clothes/Horses/Maps A: Put version.dll from LMS inside your game directory
Q: Can I save custom set hotkeys A: Limited availability (You can save some but not all) (There are no plans to improve that as it would cause an entire re-write)
Q: I can't save my settings (Error failed to save Settings.json) A: Make sure that your user has write access to the game folder
If you experience a FATAL error after startup or Can't find native and you're using an older game version such as 1355 or older you also need to use and older rampage + scripthook version.
Be sure to "Save Settings" as well so that "Enable Toggle Saving" is actually saved and applied on load. Once you save either, you should see "Toggles.json" and "Settings.json" in the "RampageFiles" folder.
Also, be aware some toggles will not be saved, such as Proofs.
Scenarios, or Animations? Because the two are similar, but different.
Scenarios are fairly easy, they're all pre-loaded (I think) in the Scenario menu (PLAYER > GENERAL > SCENARIOS; alternatively SPAWNER > PED DATABASE [assuming you've spawned in Peds] > choose your Ped > GENERAL > SCENARIOS). Some Scenarios have props baked into them, i.e. "PROP_HUMAN_SEAT_CHAIR_FAN" when applied to a Ped (NPC or player model), will make that Ped enter into an animation where they are sitting (hence, 'SEAT_CHAIR') and fanning themselves with a folding fan. It will spawn the aforementioned fan into the Ped's hand(s). You can search by keyword in the Scenarios menu, but certain Scenarios will not work on certain Peds (I'm not sure on what the limitations are); while others will look wonky if they don't correspond to the Ped you're trying to use them on (i.e. if you used a Horse Scenario on a human, it would look like an eldritch horror.) You can also search using the list found here: LIST OF SCENARIOS IN RDR2.
Animations on the other hand are similar, but they're more complicated to execute. There are two main parts to an Animation: the first is the Animation Dictionary, which is basically a matched set or group of animations that generally correspond to a mission or something. Think of the Dictionary as a musical album-- it's all by the same artist but it contains different tracks. The second partof an Animation is the Game, which is the animation itself. This, in terms of the musical album analogy, would be the different tracks or songs. You can use this excellent tool to search for Animation Dictionaries; their corresponding Animation Games are under the respective drop down menus. So, you first need an Animation Dictionary, followed by a Game contained within said Dictionary. For example, let's say I wanted to use an Animation Dictionary that involves Arthur dancing with Karen. I would go to this link and search "dance" and it would pull up a few different Dictionaries, but the one I want is "cnv_camp@rchso@cnv@ccdtc33@player_karen" -- from there, let's say I want my Ped to be using Arthur's half of the animation. I would find the Game inside this Dictionary that says "arthur_dance_loop" and my Ped would be dancing in a circle. If I want the animation to loop forever, I'll set the Playback Flag to 1.
There's waaaaay more to Animations, which is why I usually stick with Scenarios, but I hope this helps!
Hey, this explanation is extremely helpful! For the animations, do you just switch back and forth between the game and the browser with the dictionary open? Or should you already have all the prompts you want to use written down ahead of time? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, haha. I'm very new to using mods.
Also, could you please tell me if there's a way to command a spawned NPC to mount a spawned horse? And not ride it, but just sit on it for screenshots. Thanks!!
Is there a way to add Perfect Pelts instead of Good Pelts from "Character Stats/Items/Provision (Animal Skins)" menu? I want to unlock all Trapper and camp items, but for that I'd need a plenty of perfect skins of different animals. Spawning dead animals and skin them one by one is too time consuming, I really just want the perfect pelts. If its not possible via this trainer, is there any other mod?
great trainer, just wish the "removing item" thing worked. I tried to remove the "legend of the east" items so that I could try on the other s#*! (you can't have the other items if you have the legend of the east items), and i couldn't seem to figure it out.
also, if you die or load a new save, the trainer stops working. Like it won't come up again until I restart the entire game for some reason.
