For anyone trying to fix this mod: extract the "natives" folder and then repack it into a .rar without the Classic Carlos root folder and it should work again.
Hey, amazing job on this reskin! Especially the UBCS logo on the back of Carlo's vest, that's amazing!
I do have one question though: Is the back vest logo optional (and if so) which file in your mod is responsible for the back logo vest texture? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'd love to use your back vest logo on other Carlos skins.
Listen, extract the folder Classic Carlos from the .rar into the mod folder of RE3R from step two and then launch the game from the mod manager not from the game .exe ok? also if possible check the Carlos model in the model viewer of the game so you don't have to load a save every time

What the hell are you talking about there is no such "Classic Carlos-363-1-1602964865" folder in the .rar the only folder inside the .rar is the one that's call Classic Carlos, my GOD what a chaos have you created, besides you did exactly what I told you to do, anyways congrats and I'm glad you like it, enjoy
could you make a face like carlos de re3? This one has a wide nose and it does not fit well, something similar as they did the classic claire mod from re2
