    IMPORTANT

    Remember that THIS MOD DOES NOT CONTAIN SCRIPTS, which means you can remove the mod on the go without issues. If by chance something goes wrong, you can grab the Uninstall file in the Files Section of this mod, place the esp/esm (depends which you got initially) and replace the original SkyTEST esp/esm with the uninstaller version, load the game and save and finally remove the uninstaller file.


    CAN´T BUILD X or Y HOME FROM HEARTFIRE

    If you´re having issues when trying to build your home, DISABLE SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals&Predators BEFORE building your home, after you´re finished with your new home you can enable the mod again.

      I just want to say, I love this mod. The changes are so realistic and reasonable, it is as if they were always there. A friend recently played on my system and was blown away. At first I did not know what he was talking about, it look the same to me. Your mod makes Skyrim real. Thanks.

    Latest Version 1.65.10 is up, I recommend you all do a Clean Save before updating to Latest Version of this Mod, remove the mod, Start Skyrim, Load your Game and Save without SkyTEST Installed, then add Newest Version to your Load Order.


    **Final Version for Original Skyrim**

    It´s been great to support Skyrim, but all good things always come to an end. I cannot keep supporting the mod on different versions of the game, it has been quite demanding to keep up with the changes for both version. Don´t worry, the mod is pretty complete as it is now. See you all in SkyrimSE.

    Please don't contact me anymore regarding updates or fixes for this mod, i might update or never do it again.

    * Brings Most of the changes of SkyTEST-RA&P SE/AE for LE.

    * Fixed animals doing bleeding damage even while blocking

    * Mammoth moving Crush-Knockdown Cloak effect will happen less often, it was given conditions to apply only when he is either Sprinting or Running.

    hello, pls help me..
    so far i have no major problem with the mod, my only problem is meeko also affected by the mod, making meeko always running away from battle.
    i assume meeko also had wolf AI cus when there is only 1 wolf , it will run away from the player. is there a patch to fix this? i dont want to use follower mod

      Look at the mod in XEdit and remove any references to Meeko,  or create a patch. There's plenty of tutorials on YouTube how to do it.

      I can't see any direct mentions of Meeko in xEdit so I assume his general AI is just covered by encDog so probably just remove that from the NPC section.

      This also affects the Conjure Familar spell in the same manner, your ghostly wolf just runs for cover.

      I really like this mod but it does take some customising to get it to match your game play, had to nerf most of the predators as, apart from being deadly when playing at higher difficulty levels, they just tear through NPC encounters.

      Interesting, there's a "lite" version of Skytest on SE. I'm planning on trying it for my next run. It's a Legacy of the Dragonborn/ zombie apocalypse.

      Remove "_AB_Animal_GNL_Dem_OnlyFireFears" in DogRace and DogCompanionRace from Race tag fix this.

    Hi friends! I replaced the chicks with the lovely models made by Mihail. Chicken and geese models, with different textures. With improved idle sounds too. Here!

    Why every creature now tanks and deals way too much damage? I understand that it's supposed to be "realistic" but now a pack of wolves seems moredeadly than a group of bandits. Interesting mod but it ruins gameplay for me, not recomended.

    Hello can someone help me please, because it doesnt really increase the spawn at all and then deer,elk doesnt really fight me or become hostile,
    but i actually see pigs,cubs,rooster,bull etc.. the only problem is the ai and the spawn system.

    Do you think it is safe to change the mod from the .esp version to the .esm version mid-playthrough/save?

      Hmm... not sure, esm files are a different beast. But i guess it shouldn't cause an issue if you first remove the esm, go in game and save. Then load the esp.

      Its not showing for me under the changelog tab on the description page (the changelog only goes up to 1.65). Maybe its an issue with the site?

      Second - is the new update expected to break incompatibilities? E.g. compatibility patches for less confrontational enemies or true wolves

    Hey Everybody :) I've been wanting to load this mod for a while but there are a few Issues I've seen that really are "Deal Breakers" and they're all around the wolves. Yes Wolves especially in large numbers can be a deadly encounter but as in one of the video's on the front page it shows a *Single wolf harassing/attacking a single Sabre cat and *Her.. cub. One sabre cat vs One wolf c'mon that's an easy one; the wolf's life span would be counted in seconds, add to that it's a mother protecting her cub, the wolf in the scene surely should *Not have lived to move on. Other issues with the wolves. Watching todays male lions hold 5 hyena's at bay long enough for them to run off or be killed one by one and the lion moves on. Has that (Wolves mainly) been addressed?

      I think this is because of something wrong in the newer versions. I've used this mod since 2013 and all was well, until I recently updated from separate esp for Skyrim and the DLCs to 1.65.

      Now, I have invisible mud crabs as well as weird wolves.

      Most people think that old mods should be always be updated, or are somehow "obsolete", just because they were made years ago. The tragic truth is that some mod authors just keep on and on trying to "improve" things and instead they very sadly ruin it.

      I am reverting to the so-called "OBSOLETE" version 1.38 Full Pack.

      The invisible mudcrab problem is caused by this mod dividing the larger mudcrabs into two races. If a mod adds a mudcrab that uses the larger model, it'll be invisible because this mod disables it for the 'medium' mudcrabs. I released some patches a while ago to fix this with several mods. Someone also uploaded their own patch for another mod. Here is a link to the ones I uploaded:
