Antivirus quarantined a trojan on my computer too. Staying away from this one.

You get that warning, because the file has been altered and replaced, it's not the original file, so avast "thinks" it must be a trojan.
Trojan pretend to be something, which this exe also does. If it's a dangerous trojan is the other question.

I confirm previous comment: my anti-virus (Avast) says there is a virus in file "NoLauncher.exe".

love the mod, gives me alot less problems when alt+tabbing out and in of the game. normally it would crash no matter what i did.

BUT: i cant use the ENB options menu in game.
the mouse does not move at all, its just stays in the middle.
a friend of mine have problems using his mouse outside of his game when tabbed out aswell :/

hope you can smooth out the kinks in the software.
also Avast didnt like this Cursor fix.exe one bit. i have sent it to the Virus Lab so it doesnt go off anymore.... hopefully.

I've found that the FixCursorVisibility setting in enblocal.ini can interfere with my own cursor handling. Try setting this value to "false".

I've been looking for a windowed mode fix for days now in hope of curing my "program is not responding" problem when the game loads, but this is only in windowed mode, my game runs perfectly fine in full screen.

I'm hoping this mod is the solution, but I can't open the .zip file with either WinRAR or 7zip. I've already downloaded it 8 times from the different mirrors, always the same message that the file cannot be opened as an archive.

Opened it perfectly fine with 7zip, (but virus alert from avast, IDGAF). But I still have the same problem as you (no response at loading with onetweak or this one. (damn I'm turning into a khajit. (a very parenthesis recursive khajit))). By the way, it's your post on onetweak that led me to the forum to see if you found something, and ultimately led me here, so, thank you for that.
But I still hang at load. meh.
Oh, and, Just so you know, not really an issue, but if I load in windowed mode, it works apparently fine, but if I Alt-Enter in the loading, it totally disappears until the end of loading, when it reapears in fullscreen and plays fine.
Oh, and I run with Hialgo too, which looks perfectly working btw.
Isn't the fullscreen mode more a borderless screen-sized window, like Onetweak? Cause It acts exactly the same way for me.

I'm a bit confused with what you said, are you saying you don't get the loading hangs in windowed mode, but in fullscreen? If so, I'm the complete opposite. If I play the game windowed or borderless-windowed, I get a "program not responding" message from Windows at which point I can either wait for a period of usually a minute for it to respond and play fine again until another load screen, or it will CTD. When I play fullscreen ("bFull Screen=1" set in skyrimprefs.INI), I get no problems whatsoever with loading.

I just prefer to play every game I can in a borderless window because I tend to alt+tab often, plus with some games it even eliminates v-sync and mouse latency issues, which applies to Skyrim at least for me. I notice the mouse is more responsive and less "floaty" when in windowed mode.

not sure if this is your prog or Hialgo but I gotta start somewhere :-)

running your latest 115 on a win 8.1 machine.

Alongside skse, enbseries_skyrim_v0246, and Hialgo http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15123/?

I get a loading screen, Then the Hialgo screen with the ok button. then skyrim loads as normal.

But I don't seem to have any new window system controls. Had Hialgo running before I installed this and im wondering if it is overriding Skyrim exe.

    Any thoughts?

In this tool's Skyrim.ini, set StartFullScreen=false. Or hit "Alt-Enter" after it starts up to enter windowed mode.

Uploaded the new 1.1.5 and tested it successfully on Windows 8.1. I'm going to try and go play now.

I hate to be that guy but its still the same for me lol
On windows 8.1 as you asked me about earlier.

Tried running skyrim.exe and just the NoLauncher.exe but its the same >_<
just play the game and ignore my problems for a while, I can live with fullscreen a tad longer

Add me on Skype so we can troubleshoot this. I've exhausted as much guesswork as I can do on my own.

Problem solved. Don't have skse_loader.exe or TESV.exe set to run as admin unless you set Skyrim.exe as admin as well. They run in series so they all need the same privileges to talk to each other.

So we delete the Skyrim.exe and the SKSE.exe and then run it?
Just thought I'd ask before doing it and finding out it's wrong.

Just drop it into your Skyrim directory and run Skyrim.exe.

I like what this mod does, but for some reason it refuses to load my mods (or at least it is loading them out of order.) I typically use the NMM to load SKSE, my load order is fine, but if I use this launcher, it loads them out of order and it refuses to work correctly. Something it does has broken my mods, that I know for certain, and I did not change my load order or add any other mods, only this one.

I can't understand why it would cause my mods to behave strangely, but it does. Trying to revert the changes for now, will report back if I discover anything that would suggest that it was user fault not the exe.

EDIT:Reverting the change has not resolved the issue. Having difficulty pinpointing the exact cause, despite my load order not changing. Frustrating, but possibly not related, will continue looking.

EDIT2: Apparently a mod got corrupted with a save file. Strangely, removing the mod cleanly doesn't fix it. Going back to an old save to investigate, disregard this issue.
