Would anyone be able to port this to the special edition? I have no idea how to.

YES! I searched for this! Thank you so much!

One thing though...those vanilla dragonscales...can they be edited out of the loot?

Could you make a standalone texture replacer for each the various dragonscales? I would really like some colored dragonscale armor, but I'm not a big fan of the stat changes. If that's too hard, could I at least get a version with equal stats to vanilla? Sorry about for asking for all this, I really don't mean to come off as tasking. If you don't have time/don't want to do any of this, I could do it myself in the CK- but I get a feeling other people might wan't this.

Sorry, one last question (should you answer none else) do your dragon scales replace the vanilla loot, or do they drop alongside the original scales? Thanks for reading my ramblings -Yams

They don't replace original scales - e.g. when you kill Blood Dragon you get vanilla Dragonscales, any other normal dragon loot like gold, bones and armor + Blood Dragon Scales.

I think what they meant was: texture replacements for the vanilla dragonscale armor. I mean, I might be able to figure out how to do that manually, but...

Hi there, just got the new version and wanted to let you know that the heavy armors have the ArmorMaterialDragonscale keyword instead of ArmorMaterialDragonplate, so some perks will still see them as light and others will see them as heavy.

Thank you! I'll try to fix it as soon as possible. It's my first mod, so I didn't knew that ArmorMaterial deteremines how it's seen.

Hello, Just one important thing - I've updated the mod. Update should fix the glitch with heavy armors not being recognised by some perks.
Thank you all for support and pointing out glitches, I'll be trying to fix them.
Dragonplate add-on is in 3D sculpting stage.

Does this work with Elemental Dragons or Deadly Dragons, as those 2 mods adds whole new dragons to game.

They won't drop any special scales, but as longs as these mods don't affect vanilla species of dragons it shouldn't conflict.

DD edits some vanilla dragons and conflicts with this mod.
For DD the conflicts are a few NPCs, if you load dragonscalespecies before DD you can just carry the death item DSS adds over to either DD or your Bashed patch and they will work together. If you add it to the bashed patch you will need to make sure to do it each time you re bash.

Makes me wish the Author included a Serpentine set that shared the same stats as the Revered. Not really a big flaw but still, it feels a little incomplete without it.

As I've written before, Serpentine Dragons have VERY different type of scales - they are basically like those of snakes - a lot of tiny scales without characteristic spikes, so the armor just couldn't look in the same way. Firstly I'm going to focus on Dragonplate Redesign, but I have an idea for Serpentine Solstheim Armor on the back of my head.
