For those asking about new hairstyles - KS Hairdos Lite is essentially complete now - 20 male/20 female hairstyles is plenty for a 'lite' mod and v1.3 puts hairstyles on all of the follower NPCs where it made sense to do so. I have some plans for a follow-up to KS Lite but my time is currently taken up with Restore Vanilla Skyrim on PC (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4697/?) and my PS4 mods have been languishing on bethesda.net so it's time I took a look at them.

I will literally cashapp $20 to get a lite version with the KS curly styles. Representing myself in my character is important to me, and I have long very curly hair. I have been trying to figure out how to do it myself but have been unsuccessful.
Uninstall the mod. Download and install the "NoNPC" version from the "optional" section instead. Should fix the darkface bug, since it no longer touches NPC records.

I couldn't for the life of me figure out why I had dark face bug until I had to manually visit every mod page and read on this one that it impacts NPC's. Should really make the No NPC version the default.
A lot of the hairs don't line up with the characters head. Especially with the elven race males as the hair floats above their head and hangs off the back because they have thinner heads.
