I very nearly missed seeing this mod and that would have been very tragic. I am sick to death of being sent to LE textures (amidian... ahem) that haven't been touched or updated in years. This was truly unique and fit well.
I love how this armor looks. I've just had one little glitch with it. When I fire Amber Arrows, they transform into Glass Arrows when they hit the ground. But when I pick them up, they're added back to my Amber Arrows, so it appears to be a purely cosmetic glitch. No big deal. I would love for this set to appear in leveled lists as well, maybe with some NPCs (rarely) wearing the armor themselves. It would just feel a lot more rewarding to find it in random loot, or to make it myself, rather than find it in a chest.
Would be really cool for the retextured version to retexture Malachite as an option! I find it harder to tell myself that green can go to amber after hammering away on it. It be easier to tell myself that Skyrim's mineral deposit and pressure cause the malachite to have turned to an amber color. You see this in precious stones in real life.
