It's strange. I never paid attention to the stockades in-game since Skyrim was released. But just now, as I was passing through Helgen, I was looking at them, and the stockades look awful. I searched NexusMods in hopes of finding a mod that improved it. I found yours. Thank you for thinking of doing this! It looks incredible and blends into the world of Skyrim seamlessly.
I use Stockades of Skyrim 3D myself, it finishes the job SMIM started on the stockades, should check out the other wskeever mesh mods as he's made some bid improvements
Yeah i've got them installed, the riekling barrels and the other one aswell ,was wondering if someone would do the the rest of stockades, SMIM only covered some, makes a big difference when people sort meshes out so big thanks to wskeever those flat ropes were awful, your pics are a great comparison shot
lol i was confused looking at the files. Each main file replaces different textures, so nothing will overwrite another. Each retextures different in game objects. You can install all the main files. Don't forget you must have SMIM installed for the first main file.
wish you could make a dark version, to match some ship wood used by noble for example, the shacks in forests have your stockade wood beams and combined with most texture mods for ships wood looks a bit distracting.
