Thank you for this mod. I am using Illicit Lockpicks as well so being very deliberate with lockpicking practice PLUS being able to craft them myself is a good combo.
You can do it yourself easily since the MA was kind and compacted the form IDs already! Just load the plugin into xEdit and change the header to add 'ESL'.
you know what never mind, of all the mods i've ever installed i've never had to load skyrim..then load mods and even tho it was enabled on vortex i also had to also enable it in mods as well. why.. i thought once you enable it in vortex it should already be in the game, not having to go into mods on the skyrim main screen as well.
Added to the inexplicable decisions that Bethesda made. We are supposed to be capable in-game of making jewelry, daedric armors and weapons, forge dragon bones, but a simple lock pick, hell no, you need 200 on Smithing for that.
