I don't know if its a bug, but i've had your mod for 3 weeks now, I haven't installed any animation mods that would be conflicting with this one. But all of a sudden today the animations went back to Vanilla. It pops to the Dynamic swimming occasionally, but the majority is Vanilla.

Any ideas why it may have stopped working?

I have a question: does this mod affect the gameplay, or just animations?

    Hi.
I found a small problem where the low stamina animation(vanilla one) is not played even when I have zero stamina, and is played instead when magicka is low.
Actor Value ID in _conditions.txt is set incorrectly. Actor Value ID for Stamina is 26, but it's set to 25 which refers to magicka.
I manually changed the number 25 to 26 and it worked as intended. I hope you'd correct it. Anyway thanks for your mod!

I noticed the update files still has a reference to 25 in the conditions .txt.  Is that still by design?

This should be stickied, seeing as how the mod hasn't been updated yet.

Thanks much for the folder structure and conditions. I just wanted to share how I have my animations set up.

Wearing heavy armor or too low stamina = vanilla swim (seems fitting for being overweight)
Not wearing HA and stamina isn't low = enhanced animations swim v2 w/ kick (the average human should be capable of this)
Wearing heavy armor + conditioning perk = enhanced animations swim v1 w/o kick (slightly improved from vanilla, fitting for a "conditioned" player)
Argonian or argonian vampire race = stronger swimming animation w/o kick (argonians imo are the only race deserving of the superior animations)

Here's the link for enhanced animations for anyone that wants it

You can't post without permission but you can use it for personal use.
Files will have to be converted with CAO though but it's a one click step.

is there a way to disable the 360 degree movement?
Enhanced Camera doesn't play well with it.

Delete all animations from Folder 5, 6 and 7 and leave only the SwimForward.hkx

I would like to see a similar animation to the Oblivion Swim Backwards.

Given that this alters behavior based partially off of a specific perk, have you considered patching it for the common perk overhauls, such as Ordinator or Vokrii?

I noticed in the picture that this mod apparently supports 360-degree swimming (swimming toward camera.) Is there a way to find only those animations (for clothing or light armor) and replace vanilla swim animation with these, with no switcheroo depending on armor worn, etc. Just straight 360-degree swimming.

I know about 360 Movement Behavior, the latest 2 versions of which feature 360 swimming and jumping, but they also require Nemesis, which I don't want to install.

Not sure if you got help already, but you will have to bite the bullet and use Nemesis to get those behaviors. FNIS does not support 360 swimming and jumping, unfortunately.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong or I'm just dumb, but I'm using Nemesis, and when I want to run it, this mod is not present on the list to check, I have DAR installed but animations are not there, am I missing something guys?

There wouldn't be anything to "check" on the Nemesis list because this doesn't include any Nemesis behavior files...

    Maybe one more condition required:
When you don't wear heavy armor and without heavy armor perk "conditioning", it will only play Stronger Swimming Animation when your max stamina is higher than a certain quantity (e.g: 150, 300 or higher).
