   Does this require a patch to work with Morrowloot Ultimate?

      Can't say for sure, but I'd suspect yes. However, it may not be necessary if you're using Morrowloot, it'd be in the spirit of that mod to have them already be using only elven anyways and I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

      I believe it mentions something about it! Tbf in my game I ran into Thalmor with Iron and Steel, but for all I know I just messed up my own mod lists.

   This needs updating, I'm still getting Thalmor wielding weapons that aren't Elven or Glass.

      as far as I know, all vanilla leveled lists should be covered, so I'm going to need to need your mod list and the ids of thalmor you are encountering in such a state.
      Edit: also verify your bashed patch or other method of resolving level list conflicts isn't reintroducing non-elven equipment.

   Has anyone tested this with Arma Thalmoris?
   
   Also, does this remove Glass from Thalmor levelled lists as well?  I want the Thalmor to have their own gear.

      Since they both edit Thalmor leveled lists, yes they will be incompatible without a rather minor patch.
