I never understood why the male helmet came with horns and the female helmet with antlers except perhaps for some weird symbolism known to the development team at Bethesda.
I don't understand it either because helmets aren't going to really be shaped all that differently from male to female so changing the horns completely just seems like a lot of unnecessary work.
Same reason there are boob plate armors and that Fur Armor variant that's a miniskirt and tube top. Because god forbid men and women in Skyrim wear the same badass kind of armor and clothing.

Excellent! Just what I'm looking for. I was planning to copy meshes from Vanilla Armor Replacer but you make one yourself. Do you plan to make a male forsworn helmet for females one day?

Can also make a male version with the curly horns and put that as an alternative in the game, thus we will have two sets of iron helmets?
