That really depends on your set up tbh, I play skyrim on my Desktop and my laptop, this makes it so i don't get lag in windhelm on my laptop, if i had to estimate id say adds between 10 and 15 fps depending where your standing.
Its just an intel Pentium silver N5000 with 4.00 GB of ram, Literally bottom of the barrel and mostly just used for work, If your really looking to up your fps I Know quite a few other things that will help, the biggest being SSE Octagon by saiska, you can change your textures to a smaller size with this, defiantly read the description though.
Step 1 Octagon Octagon link https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28773
Step 2 ini settings Get his pastebin ini from the video description https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3TsmpQRzFk Make these tweaks in his skyrim prefs ini bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=0 iSize H=480 iSize W=640
Step 3 Right click your windows screen, Click Display settings, Scroll down and click Advanced Display settings, Click Display adapter properties, Click List all modes, Scroll to (640 by 480 true color 32 bit 60 HZ) Click ok and apply.
You don't have to use Octagon you can just use the last 2 things but it helps, the resolution changes (640x480) make it like your on an old school square screen and doesn't make your game look all wonkey like most resolution changes do, it will look normal and you'll gain between 15 and 25 fps.
