Hi, I have a problem, summons still receive hit and become enemy during combat, does anyone know how to fix this or some mod that disables the friendly fire of the summons of the followers (conjured creatures)???
I notice when the guards get hit little bit, they try to arrest and/or fight me. Play on console and the guards are not tight a$$ like on PC. Feeling are not hurt with this mod by the guards.
I don't understand the difference? I notice after making friends with the Caller. I can take her with impunity and she'll never turn hostile. In fact I seem as though I can attack any NPC with impunity and they never fight back or flee. Only if killed will other NPCs become hostile

"consider neutral NPCs as friends or allies" what determines whether the neutral NPC becomes a friend or an ally?
Tthe game is has a concept of a state of "In Combat" vs "Not In Combat". When in a combat state, you'll get different results with the AI, and some environmental effects. For example, red dots appear in the nav bar, you get message "Can't use X while in combat" (no smithing in combat? But I NEED THAT SWORD!), you also can't sleep, music changes, etc. iFriendHitNonCombatAllowed = iFriendHitCombatAllowed = BOTH are the number of hits the NPC will tolerate before they decide to see just how unkillable the dragonborn REALLY is (AKA, they will try to fight you). iFriendHitNonCombatAllowed - this is the behavior of the Neutral/Friend NPC outside of combat. iFriendHitCombatAllowed - this is the behavior of the Neutral/Friend NPC during the InCombat State.
As for why you can beat on the Caller without consequences? No idea. Make sure there's a number after the = in the .ini: iFriendHitNonCombatAllowed = 4 iFriendHitCombatAllowed = 2 ^^^ Example ^^^
As for "consider neutral NPCs as friends or allies" - this is an explanation of how the plugin is doing its magic: It treats Neutral NPCs as 'Friends/Allies' in the engine so they stop flipping out and trying to un-alive you just because you might have nicked them while trying to get that dragon to stop chewing on their favorite arm.
Hope this helps... even if it's several months late.
Better explanation than the description lol. Thanks for taking the time to write that. Now I understand and I'm not afeared to man this mod because right now they have nothing and one errant hit is enough to set everyone against you
