I don't know if this is possible but you know what would be super immersive? Linking how fast you get up to your inventory weight. Lighter armour and less junk means you get up faster than in heavy armour. It would give you a reason not to loot for the sake of looting.
Thank you for this mod. You think you can make an extra file that doesn't hide the HUD while you're getting up? It's stressing when it disappears and you can't tell how much HP you have left as your enemies hit you.
I'm going to ask here as well as in his mod in case he doesn't answer...
I've used these animations for a while, and then switched to Badass Get-Up Animations for a while. He has a version where you only use his method in combat, i.e. you get knocked on your back and do a neat up-jump to get back into combat. My question is if I overwrite your mod with his combat only version will I get your animations when out of combat (say I fall off a cliff), and his when in combat while falling back? I like yours for normal and even combat when falling forward in combat (I don't think he has an animation for that), but I think in combat when you fall on your back his animations provide that sense of "urgency" that you need to get up quickly or you are dead.
I hope I explained that in an understandable way. Words...no...work...today...
