1-You should be running SSE Engine Fixes and edit its skse/plugins/EngineFixes.toml file to set MaxStdio = 8192. Having a lower value can cause serious issues in your game such as LODs unloading, MCM Json errors and game reporting its too unstable!(problem cause because you have to many mods and this fix it)
2-some people fix it by installing menu made 2 or mcm kicker (problem cause because of mcm limitation. if you have very low ram(les then 8gb) this can happen again even if you have menu made 2)
3-some people report that:
Wrye Bash was skipping essential files and If anyone else using Wrye is getting this error, CHECK YOUR INSTALLERS FOR SKIPPED FILES.
and someone fix his problem and respond: i am Using WryeBash on linux and it missed some files... same thing installing SoulsyHUD, had to place files manually and all worked fine!
My dude, your comment should be pinned at the top of the comments page... I am so stupid I was absolutely sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, but out of curiosity I went back to see Engine Fixes... Maxstudio was showing 2048 instead of those 8192... I was absolutely certain I had changed the values when I instaled it a few weeks ago, but apparently not... 1st rule of modding: don't be sure of anything and never be afraid of wasting a few seconds checking out things you have previously installed!
I am trying to track down what could be causing my issue, I get 59-60 fps when starting skyrim, menus as well as game play, can go through character creation no issue, I use alt stars, I can start any method of alt start and it works fine no issues, once I hit lvl 3 play still at 60 fps but when I go into the menus, or open a book anything that is journal/menu related fps drops to 50, each lvl it drops another 10 fps and once I hit lvl 11 i am seeing 8-11 fps, I am using EXP mod, didnt have any issues until this 1170 up date, I know they "fixed" some menu bug, just not sure if it is related to my issue but I am thinking it could be the root cause. any suggesting would help.

I check the modding.wiki, the MCM should be worked with 1.6.1170, but it keep disabling other mods like skyUI. Any suggestion?
