I'm not sure, the author of SPID might be able to answer the question better.
My guess is whichever loads last in the left Mod Organizer 2 pane wins, but it really depends how SPID processes the ini files. It could possibly be alphabetical, for example.
If the other mod doesn't alter the outfit, my understanding is that it should be fine.
It's been awhile, so I'm not certain, but if I recall WACCF implements its changes by a script that forces the npcs into their WACCF outfits when the game starts. If that script runs after SPID does its thing, then WACCF would undo anything this mod does and apply its outfit.
I don't think I can fix that in this version of the mod without defeating the whole point of using SPID(changing the outfit without editing other records).

I can't get the outfit to change.

I noticed on the non-SPID mod you have a patch for WACCF.
Do you think we need one on this mod as well?
