Nice mod was thinking this yesterday whilst playing funnily enough when I saw Angi at her camp wearing normal common clothes, does it add a warmer outfit to her? She literally lives on a snow mountain, thanks, checking out your mod now.
If there are NPCs you want to have the clothes, just open the Skaal Outfit_DISTR.ini and use the same format to add the name(s) you want. It's pretty intuitive once you look at it. There are two different outfits you can add: with or without the hat.
Outfit = 0x800~Skaal Outfit.esp|NPCName (Outfit with no hat) Outfit = 0x801~Skaal Outfit.esp|NPCName (Outfit with hat)
This is nice. Combined with Cold Region Behavior (which I use instead of Wet and Cold for stability reasons), the NPCs in Skyrim will finally start to look like they dress appropriately for the weather/region. Good job!
Brilliant. I frequently carry a heap of Skaal outfits to force outfit wear on to NPCs in snowy areas, but your mod does it automatically, lovely. Thinking of any other suitable outfits or mods that need the same treatment, there is Keungs Fur Set e.g.
