The main file will retain your buffs through meditation (as they all will) but heal or not heal you after meditation based on what your difficulty level is (no change from vanilla). If you prefer to change your ability to heal or not after meditation, download the corresponding optional file instead!
I did manage to merge your mod with Friendly Meditation, the game launched smoothly, however, when i try to meditate for approximately a day, the game crashed. It really hard to fix and I try to swap back to vanilla one. Love your mod. ^_^ Aslo, can you make one for fistfight ? :))))

I use Meditation heals on all difficulties - Next Gen in conjunction with this one

Aslo, can you make one for fistfight ? :))))
I've been really busy but I might be able to get around to making it work with fistfights if I have time
