Hi) Sadly, due to technical problems with my set-up, I am forced to take a temporary pause in the work on this mod. Once I'm back on track, I will resume the support of this mod.
For now, I was not able to fix the veil situation. Even had to consult other modders but to no avail. Nevertheless, I'll try to do my best to make the veil looking more or less bearable.
If I'm successful, I'll do some other recolouring. What colours would you like to see on Iris?

If worst comes to worst. If the veil issue cannot be fix, then possible to just remove it altogether? Only if it truly cannot be fix. Which I think it can still be fix.
For recolors. Dark Red and Dark Blue and even Gold if you are daring and an optional White Hair to be match with the rest :)
I think these colors should fit Iris. I found this Toussaint Dress mods for various NPCs. It has some nice colors that may give you inspiration for the recolors.
Sorry for requesting a lot. You are the only one that is doing some Iris outfits. Rest are concentrated on other NPCs, which is fine, but Iris feels left out.
Take your time. No rush, just focus what you need to fix first before anything else ^^

I know there's some issues with the lighting during dark scenes. I don't mind you delaying the white hair in order to focus more on this, since it seems there's already so much work that has to be done.

I'm glad there issues are already being addressed. Do you also have a pic during her bed scene? Does it turn to white as well?
One last thing. Sorry for this, but is it possible if you could make an optional White hair as well? Would love to customize this with white hair/white outfit or white hair/black outfit vice versa with brown eyes. It's okay if you can't. You have done more than enough tbh. This just makes it more complete than ever!

I’m currently working on the fixes. I hope I was able to solve the nasty too-white-veil situation for good :) There also will be an update that adds a white dress for the remains and a white undershirt. If I’m lucky and everything goes right, I will post a new file anytime soon.
XenoVars, I will put a white hairstyle on my to-do list :) However, since I’ve never worked on the hair textures and I’ll have to learn from the start, I can’t give you any promises. If the results I achieve are worth-sharing, I will add an optional file to this mod.
Nice! I personally was never a fan of the all black dress that Iris had by default. Looking forward to giving this a try. Thanks!
Edit: I had a save file at the start of the Scenes From A Marriage quest, so I was able to play it all the way through with this mod. It plays well throughout. I will upload some screenshots since you requested them. Only one minor quibble: when you first find Iris' body near the start of the quest, she is wearing the black dress. Any way to change that to white for consistency? Otherwise, great job!
