What part of the ''Lore Friendly'' in the title did you miss ?? Gerry in Sapkowski's books has only cat eyes, his eye itself color is pretty ordinary, not yellow (if you want yellow eyes for Gerry there are other mods for that)
Geralt about the early as a tall, thin, slender, unnaturally pale, not young and not old man completely gray as milk, found in books intercepted on his forehead with a leather bandage, has cat's yellow phosphorescent eyes.

Most of us don't know what exactly is the colour of Geralt eyes. We only know it's a cat eyes with the ability to increase/decrease the pupil. Even turning in a complete dark eyes when drinking potion.
So whether it's should be yellow, golden or orange, we can't state which it's Lore canon.
Nikita instead of checking your book knowledge, check your translation of the Witcher books and maybe argue with that as long as it's not beneath you..

There is an Nexus option we can block specific tag so we won't see any "reshade" mods.
