Disables forced teleport when you go outside map boundaries. A warning message will still be displayed so you know you're closing in on the edge of the map and Geralt will still comment on it, but there will be no forced teleport and world map will not be automatically opened. Explore where you want. Be careful as traveling too far beyond safe borders can make you lose collision and fall off the map.
