I get no errors, but the map border doesn't work. It still launches the map window, but shows no map, and i"m back where I started before I moved off the map border. Did I do something wrong, or is this not working as intended. I"m on vers 4.04
Those mods work perfectly fine together, Script Merger should be able to merge them with no issues. If you don't merge them, then one of those mods edits won't take effect.

Not compatible with game patch 4.03. Several errors relating to "shouldAutoApplyOils".
Edit: I see you changed the file description that it should be compatible, but that's wrong, you're missing code from the new update, which causes issues when merging with mods that HAVE been updated for the new patch. And also the new "shouldAutoApplyOils" related changes are missing when using your mod.
