Fixed issue with localization and Terminals being correct in game. Alpha 20 added different color terminals that were missed in the localization.
Renamed mining terminals to Terminals in localization.

Reworked the LOOT file to make chips more rare and not always found in terminals.

WARNING: Installing mid-playthrough will have a bug with the Mining Terminals being inactive (unlootable). You should know that it is possible to install mid-game and "fix" that problem as it arrives. Without Mining Terminals, chips become very difficult to find. Terminals can be refreshed but only on an ad-hoc basis (this solution is not ideal). Full details are in a text file (name below) contained within either mod:

Shifted the position of the tools window on the miner station to prevent any issues with the output window being moved on other workstations. This will put it below the output window. This change will also be 5 rows and 2 columns for normal rather than 2 rows 5 columns. I find this to look cleaner (see the pictures).
This also affects the patches on SPC. Patches are on that mod page.

Added a small change, with a big impact. Added more control panel blocks as Mining Terminals. With this change mining terminals will now only have a probability to give you a chip. The odds are similar due to the amount of blocks lootable and there is a little looting secret with a certain terminal.
