It seems that doors unlocked with keys (key racks, buttons, etc) don't lock again when the prefab resets upon starting a quest. This allows for unintended shortcuts when going through the prefab again for quests.
Starting from A21 all mods should use the new modinfo.xml format. Looks like Vortex app is not updated yet to support this new format. We have to wait for Vortex updates.
The developer of this modification is from Ukraine, like me. He knows about this error, but now he cannot fix it, as he is forced to leave his house. I hope he is doing well and can return home soon to fix his modification.
