24APR2025: added the Optional Vanilla Replacer Mod to this mod page.
The Vanilla Replacer mod replaces vanilla guns, their animations, and sounds. It also adds a kick-attack. Press the flashlight key to use it. By default, this is the F-key on a keyboard, or the D-pad Up button on an Xbox gamepad.
The kick-feature will only work on the guns from the Vanilla Replacer pack, not Izy's other guns, not EFT guns, etc.
i sometimes miss the OG Hunting rifle kinda from this mod https://7daystodiemods.com/old-hunting-rifle/ ( but its outdated and i dont know how to add it as a Additional Gun , without replacing the hunting rifle )
i know thats now here the 5-shot-single loaded sniper , but i think it was i guess the texture and style flavour it had in the mod which looked neat x3 but yeah thats just me haha x,D , maybe it should stay in the past versions / Alphas as a sort of "relict" ;D
To this mod: In general this "vanilla guns replacement" was much much needed in my Mod list , for a long time now i was kinda waiting for an update of the DLX mod , and with this update it finaly happened :3 respect to the creator and the continuos work ^^
btw. any updates on the RPG , grenade launcher etc. visual + audio glitch ? ( it is still persisting , the thing is i last mentioned in the bug thingy , that ""0-KFCommonUtilityLib"" is the cause , but its needed for several mods like EFT etc. ) so yeah still curious , its not game breaking or something just odd x,D
Update on vanilla replacer. Idk how to properly install as both izy 4.1 and the vanilla replacer have files named the same but diferent edits so no matter how I install some things don't work properly. The best way I've managed to at least play without red errors/major bugs was first install the vanilla replacer then install izy 4.1 and overwrite when asked but some things apear to be broken like the new kick and the tactital assault rifle 2x scope is broken/invisible. (still testing but it seems everything else works without errors). Any help will be apreciated.
Do not use the files from the Vanilla Replacer mod to overwrite the AIO mods. Vanilla Replacer is a standalone mod. Treat it like you are installing a separate new mod.
yeah I know. But how do I make both compatible? Cause when I copy both mods to the mods folder there is several files with the same name on same folders so they overwrite.
If I rename the folders on vanilla replacer will it work then? Like put a "z" or "a" in front. This way load order will take place and any diferent code will apply. Right?
ahh ok no problem. Yeah I'm used to vortex on fallout 4 for modding aswell. In this case even the submods are diferent when I compared the 2. the 7d1.0_Izayo_Visible_mods and 7d1.0_Izayo_Visible_Fpv_Gloves_mod folders have files that are named the same but have diferent edits etc. Maybe I've missed something but I think only these 2 folders have this problem. The other 2 folders contain exactly the same files it seems. And thx a lot for your help!
So If I understand correctly the 2 folders I've mentioned need to be merged with aio's main files. And the other 2 folders (0-alter and 0-customparticle) are the framework that shouldn't be duplicate.
nice! I see you updated the mod to 1.2 aswell. I did that previously and weapons from the AIO were bugged (graphic bug) but I'm on 1.0 so I'll update tonight and test again. Ty!
2. If you are playing with other mods, they could be causing this error. Disable all other mods, play with just Izy, then re-introduce one other mod at a time until you figure out your issue.

Edit: I just pulled all mods from server and just put izy mod in still not showing up in game. Im also running 1.4v8 version
I just tested Izy AIO + Izy Vanilla Replacer + the full NPC mod suite and everything worked, no issues. The NPCs are still using the vanilla default guns.
hello love the mod but i would love to know how to increase the ammo stack sizes to 1k for each bullet/rocket etc, i dont know if stallions den stack sizer is not working or if im just not editing the config properly but i cant seem to increase stacks
hey. Weird I'm using stallion's stack increase aswell and its working fine for me. Try to completely remove the mod, download and install again. Maybe some other mod is overwriting it. Check if you have any other mod that edit the same files and/or move the load order by renaming the stacksize mod.
Probably not. You'd have to check for yourself. Most large weapon modpacks like this one are not compatible with most overhaul mods. A community member made a compatibility patch for Darkness Falls, and Rebirth is starting to work on incorporating Izy into their overhaul directly, but those are the only ones I am aware of.
NIce!!!! I saw the video of the vanilla replacer! As being only models/animations should be good to update on ongoing game right? Or do I need a new save aswell? Btw ty for the reply on eft pack hehe. Amazing work you and stallion are doing!
I think I'll backup my game, add it and test tonight then I'll post here. To properly test I just add the replacer and then using te cm kit summon the guns and fire them right maybe use mods on them aswell? And look for any errors on log. If everything works then it should be good to go. Or there is another way to test? I mean do I need to test loot and/or vendors too?
I see some folders that already exist on the main mod (0-custom particle, 0 override sounds etc) do I copy everything and replace if it asks or just put the new folders to install?
It's a standalone mod. Someone could use it without the rest of Izy's AIO. Yes, it relies on some of the same built-in requirement mods, but having duplicates of those won't hurt anything.

humm maybe I'm making a mistake on install then. Should I copy the folders inside IZY_VanillaReplacerPackV1 to the Mods folder OR the donwloaded folder? The main izy one I have all the folders installed so if I copy this one it will replace I think (same name). Yeah I see the instructions and I did that so I'm doing it the right way. So I just merge the files if it ask?
Ok it works BUT I got a visual bug with gloves/first person graphics. Some missing models and overlap. For those that have izy already installed DO NOT overwrite the files when copypaste the vanilla replacer one. Keep the main izy archives and only add the new files from the vanilla replacer. Doing that is working all good. I did tested a lot of mods and the 2x scope is bugged/missing on tactital rifle... only bug I've found so far.
Been checking forum all day anyone else found a fix for the RPG and Grenade launcher visual bug? Some say it's EFT?Extraction some say its KFCLib jsut checking of anyone found a fix for that or if it has been addressed. Thanks.
It's a known issue when EFT Extraction Pack is used with Izy's AIO. I believe it was an update to one of the support mods within Extraction, KFC-Lib or one of the others.

I'm using MO2 personally, so all I do is add the zipped mods into it, and it handles it for me.

As for EFT Extraction, that's StallionsDen. I help with some minor testing, suggestions, admin, etc, but he does the heavy lifting making it all work.
