    I heard you all and created another zip file (original is still available) that makes the following changes:

    Feral drop chance 6% -> 15%, Radiated drop chance 9% -> 25%

    Base game drop chance is 2% for feral, 3% for radiated.

    Hi,

    this is working as intended, however every time a white(blueish?) bag drops, I get an error in the console and cannot pick that bag up. It will stay on my screen unavailable for pickup unless I restart the save, which then makes it disappear.

    I do use a few mods along with this one, such as Loot Indicators and custom HUD

    Saw a lot of people commenting that they are not seeing an effect with this mod installed. It's worth noting that this mod only affects feral and irradiated zombies, not regular zombies. I was able to up the drop rate for regular zombies, by opening the "entityclasses.xml" file in the "steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config" folder, searching for the section "<!-- Gameplay zombieTemplateMale -->" and changing the "LootDropProb" property to a higher value. Not sure if this affect's all zombies or just some of the more common ones, but it made a big difference in my game.

    Don't forget to make a backup of the "entityclasses.xml" file before editing it.

    Seems as if it doesn't work... no noticeable change in droprate or quality after 3h of gameplay.

      Made a new file that increases the probability from the original mod:   Feral drop chance 6% -> 15%, Radiated drop chance 9% -> 25%

    Like a few others have said, this doesn't seem to be having any noticeable effect.

      It does but the percentage increase probably wasn't high enough to feel a big difference.  I added another file for download that increases probabilities even more ( Feral drop chance 6% -> 15%, Radiated drop chance 9% -> 25%).

    Hi!

    How do you use this file exactly? Do I need to put this on my mods folder or do i actually paste it in my data folder? (new to xml)

    will this work for just myself and a buddy if I'm hosting us? I'd assume we'd both need it installed or is this strictly a server mod

      Looks to be a server side mod so only the host needs it.
