For people who want to play at 60fps or 120fps you just have to set MaxSmoothedFrameRate= to 62*fps or 122*fps save the file and modify it in properties to "Read only" it is not necessary to download anything.

Hey I really appreciate this fix! It works perfectly. Is there any way to zoom the camera out by chance? I tried changing the fov value but it doesn't do anything.
You will need to press the assigned hotkey to set the new FOV each time you load into the game (when you have control of Alice). There may be times the FOV resets due to the game loading new areas or such. Press the hotkey whenever you feel you need to
