   The mod files say they need the same mod files as a "requirement"... =/

      hey, you may use a version of the game thats outdated. be sure you're using the latest patch that was released in april or may, 2024

      No... I mean, when I try to download, the mod "Requirements" here at Nexus say that this mod needs THIS mod to work... Is that just a mix-up / website bug?

      must be a website bug, its just a file to download and doesnt need anything additional to download it but only to tap the download button. Click on the manual download to get the file.
