    Known issue: map type name doesn't change for other languages. The map still works, it's just the name of the map type.

    Sure there are Island in the positions you set them, but it does not really matter what type of Large island you put down for example, it will just be some random one...

      That's how map templates work in the game. Specific island is a future feature mentioned in the readme.

      Shame. I guess it will never come to the mod. Don't think this is still being developed.

    I cant use the map editor cause it wont open without telling me I need to install .NET 6.0.0

    If I want to install .NET 6.0.0 my computer tells me that its not running on my system

    If I install .NET 6.3.3 it works on my system but the map editor tells me I need .NET 6.0.0

    EDIT: I got it to work. I had to download the .NET for DESKTOP APP !!

    Question: how do I rotate islands/Crown Falls? I have a modded map here with Crown Falls inside the Old World but its in the south and upside down and I want to rotate and place it back to the original location.

    Hello, 
    First of all, thank you for the tool, but I have a problem.
    I download the file, I make my map, I save the template without worries, but when I make Export, nothing happens.
    I made a folder "MapEditor", I put the editor, I have Extract FileFormats and RdaExplorer.dll in it just in case, but it doesn't change anything. I'm on Windows11
    Do you have an idea please?

      How could you solve this issue? I also have the same issue aftyer export my freshly edited map is nowhere. pls help

    Hi,
    hab mir das Tutorial Video angesehen, NET 6 installiert, eine Map erstellt und (ohne Fehlermeldung) gespeichert. Die map wird im Mod Launcher (AMM) angezeigt ist aktivert, alle anderen Mods sind deaktivert, aber leider wird die Map nicht im Spiel angezeigt (Freies Spiel/ Sandbox). Leider habe ich keine Infos gefunden woran das Problem liegt oder wie ich es beheben kann.

      Der Mapname ändert sich in der Version nur auf Englisch?

      der Name hat sich auf Englisch geändert, funktioniert super, danke!
