Newspaper is probably the most poorly aged feature. Many of their newspaper articles are repetitive, inconsistent, some are produced by bugs that survive each patch and, in general, they tend to have little relevance and are somewhat annoying in the late stages of the game.
This mod disables the effect associated with articles ONLY for negative ones, changing the value to "0". Those who are positive remain intact.
This mod can be considered a cheat, but considering the number of times the newspaper generates bugged news, it can also be considered a fix.
