I love your mods. Ever since the GU 17 update, though, in spite of the fact that they're otherwise still working normally, it is often impossible to create stamps with the assets some of them use. You might probably already be aware of this and fixing it, of course, and I by no means want to rush you. It's just that since I haven't seen this mentioned here so far, I thought it might be wise to bring the issue to your attention in case you haven't been made aware of it yet.
hello, im sorry,didnt noticed that and updated the mod.but know i cant find objects where the stamp doesnt work.. maybe i fixed it accidently or i have to know which object makes trouble. thx
I saw the update, downloaded it through Github, but I'm still facing the same issue. For instance, if I try to create a stamp only (or chiefly) containing assets that are trees or flowerbeds/flowerfields added by your mod, the stamp will appear as if it had been created, but any changes I make to the stamp name are not permanent and, worse still, no stamp is actually saved in the stamps folder, meaning that when the game is restarted the stamp is gone. The same is true for some new streets added by your Streets mod. I'll open the game to give you some more specific examples.
So, I've just loaded the game, and can give you those "more specific examples" I mentioned. Let's say, for instance, I want to create a stamp out of a road built with your "Alley of trees" ornament, or a stamp out of a road built with your "Covered promenade" ornament (the one with opaque blue triangular roofing, the other one works fine). When I try to do so, the stamp appears in the menu as if it had been created, but if you minimize the game and go to the stamps folder, there will be no associated stamp file there. Likewise, if you save, exit the game and then open it and reload, the stamp will have disappeared - which makes sense, given there is no associated file actually saved. Same goes for a stamp made out of a patch of flowers created with the "Flowerfield red Oldworld" ornament, or a group of trees in vases created with the "Tree on Base Oldtown" ornament, for example.
Notice that this only happens if your assets are the ones the game chooses as the Thumbnail graphics by default when the stamp is created (whether I change them afterwards or not). That means I can normally create stamps containing your ornaments if their graphics are not the ones which become the thumbnail by default. For that reason, I urge you to test this issue on your end using solely ornaments like those I mentioned.
Also notice that this doesn't happen with all your ornaments. The other covered promenade, for example, works fine. I believe this has to do with the assets that are working being ones which already exist in the game in some form, whereas assets you yourself added might be creating problems, but this is just a hypothesis.
Edit: another hypothesis is that this has something to do with the lenght of the name of the asset or something along those lines, since the game automatically names the stamp after the ornament it chooses by default for the thumbnail view.

ok, it doesn't really make sense, but i tested it ! the problem seems the language xml.. in some cases i used "shortcuts" ,so not to be forced to translate all words. in this shortcuts i used escaped sequences like ubi does... objects that have that in their text will not be able to be stamped ... thats my result so far. fix : translate all objects into words without escaped sequences... but really.. lets wait if this will fixed from ubi side.. but many many thx for your great report that makes me finding the problem easier !!!!

Indeed, big problem on all your mods with GU 17 Green Mile MU doesn’t even load the game from the start Jakob also. Starting with you two big problems with new building menus where there’s nothing left.
I like this Mod a lot, but I have a problem with the "Red Tile Roof Building Variations" since I inserted Green_Mile_Mu to my Mods. By the first start I got no Menue for your plants and started a new game the next day after deleting all Mods. Until yesterday I didn't recognized that I`ve forgotten the "Red Tile Roof Buildung Variations". Now your Mod works perfect, but I can't build Houses with red roofs. Seems like I have to decide to have nice Trees or Red Roofs 8)
hi, both mods do different things.they can't possibly interfere with each other. your problem must have other causes. i downloaded and installed the latest version of red tile roof, runs without any problems as you can see in the picture
hi, you can delete it,but you also can rename the modfolders of both in this way,that they came first in alphabetical order. so than the old ones will overwrited with the new ones on game loading. maybe it helps till i finished the rest and you can use all other stuff too that makes no problems. sry for that

you can delete it,but you also can rename the modfolders of both in this way,that they came first in alphabetical order.
