In my environment as well, I couldn't open atkparam_pc.param with the current version of witchybdn. So, I downloaded version 1.09_test of DSMapStudio from GitHub and used its paramdex to make edits through witchybdn. I've done XML editing with Notepad++, but I think DSMapStudio is probably a better option.
pretty much same, Notepad++ and witchyBND is way more intuitive for me than DSmapstudios. But i know you can do more things in DSMS. BTW, changing both the cooling rate and the cooling per shot in the KRSV makes it so i can only basically overheat if i spam uncharnge atk. no matter how much i spam the fully charged one i can't make it overheat. that seems kinda OP IMO
I agree. When I was initially creating this mod, I was focused on making the full-charge shot a viable option. However, looking back now, it seems too powerful. I'm planning to make some adjustments soon, such as increasing the heat buildup.
Everything that has been changed is written in the description! Technically, this mod is quite simple; it just unpacks the Regulation.bin and edits the XML files inside. You can easily make edits through witchybdn.
