orochi0313 making a working template, without them this wouldn't have been possible for me to figure out. They made the default outfit and from that I was able to make the rest of the mod.
Jakethefreak for helping me find the governors outfit.

Known features:
- Hair clipped through the hoods so they are set to lowered at all times now.
- Because of this sometimes Ed puts hood up/down but it stays down.
- Some outfits that used to have hoods, no longer have hoods.
- Captain Morgan outfit still has the normal hair because it's all combined to 1 mesh and cannot be replaced. (to my knowledge)
- Connor, Ezio, and Altair's hoods are always up. Uses default hair in these instances.

For Resorep Hybrid you need: resorep

Resorep Hybrid version has no issues that I know of but looks better when paired with Beard Removal.

Getting resorep to work with Disable annoying effects -glowing objects outlined enemies-
Rename d3d11.dll from either resorep or 3dmigito to ori_d3d11.dll. Keep one of them named d3d11.dll, the other ori_d3d11.dll.

Getting resorep to work with reshade:
You need 3dmigito and then you rename the d3d11.dll from 3dmigito or resorep to ori_d3d11.dll. Rename dx11proxy32.dll from resorep or 3dmigito to d3d11.dll
