    *!!! VERY IMPORTANT !!!*

    For the method indicated in the description is to work, 2 things need to be accounted for:

    Firstly, you need the line

    application_to_hook=[Your game directory as the other lines]\AC4BFSP.exe|BIT32

    at the end of the dllsettings.ini file

    SECONDLY, for WINDOWS 10 users you should not use the d3d11.dll file from System32, you must instead use the d3d11.dll file found in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and rename this ori_d3d11.dll

    This worked for me. The mod author should add this to the description, as the mod will not work otherwise.

    It works! Its takes a bit of time and patience when follwing the intructions to the letter from https://www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedivblackflag/mods/15?tab=files&file_id=23 but in the end it truly works.
    I have to say that the author of this mod is correct about putting: 
    "application_to_hook=[Your game directory as the other lines]\AC4BFSP.exe|BIT32" at the bottom of the "dllsettings file", which is created during the process of RESOREP method (link above).

    Although the "SECOND" request from the author of this mod, (request in the first comment) dosen´t seem to be updated.
    SECONDLY, for WINDOWS 10 users you should not use the d3d11.dll file from System32, you must instead use the d3d11.dll file found in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and rename this ori_d3d11.dll
    In other words I just didn´t do this change and kept following the instructions as mentioned above from the RESOREP tutorial.
    NOTE: you must still follow the original step from the RESOREP tutorial. Otherwise it won't work. 

    WARNING: for those who think the Blowpipe will appear again when putting it to action will probably be disapointed because this mod keeps the Pipe invisible all the time. You only thing you see is EDDY using is bare hands when blowing the the best stealth weapond in the game. Just so you know.

    textures don't get applied only for this mod.... resorep works for me with any other outfit mod, any ideas how to fix?

    Mod is working, thx but now i cant use reshade. Because tool resorep use d3d11.

    Is posible to use tool and reshade same time?

      I could try to modify the DatapC.forge file By deleting the blowpipe mesh… i will look into it later. 
      at this Point i don‘t know if it‘s That easy but i will try. 
      i did the same thing to the air rifle in AC Rogue yesterday, so we will see…

      i'm sorry to tell you that's not going to work. 
      It seems like there are no mesh files for the blowpipe... or at least i couldn't find it.

      What you should be looking for is .entity file, not .mesh file. You can find it in Game Bootstrap file in the forge file. I made my two chest pistols invisible by editing the four bytes after 01 01 00 to all zeros. Make sure the four bytes are not bunch of zeros before editing them otherwise, that's not the right one. Use HxD Editor and press Ctrl + F to find the address. Never tried it with the blowpipe but I think it should work.

    Is there any way to use this with the hud toggle I got? Because both mods replace some of the same files

      yeah both uses d3d9 or d3d10.

      you can try to use toggle hud with some cheat engine tables, there are some of them with this function

    Please make a FORGE file instead. You can't use resorep with reshade and I absolutely need this mod!

      hmmm i dont know how to make mods that replace all forge file

      maybe with Forger Patch Mananger that do individually.. i dont know if suports this one

      I've seen others manage to do it. The mod NPC Pistols and Swords had a forge file. You could ask the ones that made that mod.

      What I think you need to do (read a comment on the mod page I talked about) is modify the blowipe file in the one of the Data files inside the game directory. You can export the forge files with the Ubisoft forge tools. There may be another way.
